Caring Heart Foundation (CHF) is a registered, non-profit, non-governmental organization with Tanzanian Reg Number 00NGO/R/7471 on 24 September 2024 to operate national wise within Tanzania Mainland. Caring Heart Foundation is committed to promoting quality health, social welfare, and sustainable community development across Tanzania and beyond. The Foundation was established to respond to pressing health challenges and social needs affecting vulnerable populations through practical, compassionate, and inclusive interventions. CHF works to strengthen healthcare systems, promote preventive and curative health services, and address the social determinants of health through community education, advocacy, and capacity building. Its programs cover a wide range of health areas, including maternal and child health, sexual and reproductive health, nutrition, communicable and non-communicable disease prevention, and mental well-being. Beyond healthcare, Caring Heart Foundation also focuses on empowering communities through livelihood programs, gender equality initiatives, youth and women empowerment, and campaigns against gender-based violence.
